Free Trial

You can take two trial classes for free during your trial period. Your tutor will assess your proficiency level in the first class. In the second class, the tutor will offer you a regular lesson based on your level.

1st Cycle

After you subscribe to a plan, you will receive tickets according to your plan. You can use your tickets for one month. If you subscribe on Feb 5th, your tickets will expire on Mar 4th.

2nd Cycle

You will be billed again automatically one month after your 1st payment. Your tickets will be refilled after the successful payment. Then, you can continue learning with our tutors. After one month, the 3rd cycle will start.

FAQ

Is there an enrollment fee or material fee?: There's no enrollment nor material fee for starting LingualBox. We use both original and web materials based on your level.

What is a LingualBox class like?: All classes are 25-minute one-to-one live classes. If you book two classes consecutively, you can take a 50-minute class.

What is Skype?: Skype is one of the most popular online voice chat service. You can talk to anyone in the world for free just by using Skype

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?: All LingualBox plans are month to month, and you can cancel subscription anytime you want, you can use your account until the last payment term-end.

How do you accept payment?: We accept payment through credit card, debit card, or PayPal. We use Stripe for processing credit and debit cards. PayPal or Stripe will secure all the credit card information.

What happens to my unused tickets?: Your tickets will expire if they remain unused one month after the date they are issued.

How does the Two Free Trial Classes work?: You can try two classes during your trial period. In the 1st class, the teacher will assess your English level. In the 2nd class, the teacher will conduct a regular class based on your level.

What devices do I need to get started?: You can take classes with any device in which you can use a microphone and Skype. If you want to use the materials, we recommend you to use a computer.

Do I need to input credit card information for starting the trial plan?: You do not need to input the credit card information to start. After your two free trial classes, choose a plan, and pay through PayPal.

Are my data and information safe?: All the transactions and sensitive information inside LingualBox are encrypted by using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

What time can I take classes?: We are offering classes 24/7 other than holidays in the Philippines. After you register your timezone information, it will be used to show the time of the classes.
